description: - Candidate is responsible for Leading the China South Sales Team and developing new major accounts and servicing existing accounts of solutions sales business in China.
- Able to develop strategic plans to advance Motorola sales in government, public safety, transportation, and enterprise segments.
- Willing to travel extensively within the PRC in pursuit of closing sales opportunities.
- Active in making sales calls and pursuit of business relationships.
- Excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate at highest levels within Motorola and customer organizations.
- Performance is measured against business goals, milestones and sales quota.
requirement: - BS or above, major in radio communication is preferred;
- 8 years of working experiences in similar sales or business development experience
- Account management experiences in Public Security, METRO or Government is preferred;
- Fluency in spoken and written English (CET Level 4 or above);
- Fluency in standard mandarin and good presentation skills;
- Aggressive, hardworking, team-working and open-minded
