description: Primary Function:

1. Develop, maintain and enhance the financial systems and processes through which the company’s financial and accounting information is collected, disseminated, analyzed, and reported.
2. Ensure that accurate, timely, useful and useable information is provided to all appropriate recipients, including Motorola corporate reporting, as well as supporting the analytical and decision-making processes based on the best information.
3. May be assigned responsibility for accounting, costing, financial analysis, taxation, reporting, and auditing.

Essential Function:
1. Implements integrated financial system (IDS, Oracle software with dual-language capability).
2. Assist MCFL to lead the strategic planning and profit planning and rolling forecast to support and guide the MCFL and other staff members to improve financial performance.
3. Accurate, timely generation of monthly, quarterly, annual reports.
4. Financial analysis to support the MCFL in decision-making processes.
5. Protection of company assets through systematic processes (security, inventories, financial controls, confidentiality).
6. Organizes dependable transaction processes (A/R, A/P, Inventories, Payroll, Cash, Foreign Exchange)
7. Establishes and maintains TAX process
8. Establishes regular schedule for external and internal audits to comply with corporate or other regulatory requirements.
9. According to the requirement of SOX 404, assist MCFL to intensify the internal control and complete/update the documentations of SOX 404 for normal operations.
