description: This position is responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in planning and execution of Moto EMb’s marketing programs in the Greater China region.

Core Responsibilities:

Assist in strategic planning Support the Marketing Manager in developing the marketing strategies, budget allocation plan and work plan
Communicate and coordinate with the internal associates of the Channel team, Sales team, SE team and the Finance team, as well as his/her counterpart in other regions within the organization to guarantee a smooth planning and execution of the marketing strategy
Help to identify the most effective channels to communicate to the organization’s audiences
Work closely with the external parties such as key partners, industry organizations and manage all its vendors, including but not limited to ads agency, PR agency, event organizers

Events management
Plan and coordinate with both internal and external parties for the organization owned trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, conferences and customers/partners focused events
Constantly liaise with key partners to provide necessary help for their events

Ads management
Work with the ads agency on proper ads design and localization
Identify the right media for ads placement and draft the execution plan
Evaluate the ads impact
Process the payments to all 3rd parties

PR coordination
Coordinate with the PR agency on media and analysts related activities, including press releases development, articles and case studies development, interviews execution, press conferences and workshops arrangement, and daily inquiries handling
Track the budget and process the payments

Partners training
Assist in developing the partner marketing training materials
Frequently communicate with key partners to identify their issues and concerns in marketing works and handle their inquiries

Infrastructure maintenance
Literature such as brochures, product datasheets etc. development, localization, content polishing and production
Product demos maintenance
Corporate souvenirs production and maintenance
Moto EMb’s website and intranet maintenance
requirement: Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
Skillful in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Bachelor degree; Master degree a plus
Technical background preferred
Doer as well as a thinker; a fast learner
Detail oriented
Proactive and has a sense of ownership
Positive and of good attitude; has passion for work
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
Excellent communication skills
A team player
Has a very strong sense of integrity
