职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Manager Distribution and customer base to achieve business targets and drive business growth annually.
2. Define business target for segment distributors, Work out and monitor their implementation plans to meet segment targets
3. Identify new business opportunity with distributors, to meet or exceed individual design-in/wins target.
4. Internal team selling to supports distributions business, Manage distributor harmony.
5. Prepare regular sales report. Manage accounts POP/POS, logistics and payments.

Job Qualification:
1.Graduate of Electronic engineering or equivalent degree, 3-5 years sales experience in China semiconductor industry.
2.Sound interpersonal and leadership skill
3.Work independently, Motivating.
4.Experience in semiconductor industry is preferred
5.Distribution or agent management experience are highly preferable
6.Position depends on experience.
