职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
-Formulate sales initiatives and strategies for mainland PFS and Wealth Management business
-Ensure smooth implementation of promotional campaigns and localized sales support activities in North China PFS outlets
-Communicate with HK Sales Planning, HK Sales Support, HK CMO, advertising agencies, external vendors and other relevant parties to ensure timely and effective rollout of sales support initiatives
-Monitor sales performance and related reporting
Requirements:
-University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
-Minimum 5 years' China banking experience, with 2 years in PFS sales / marketing position. Experience in marketing for affluent customers preferred.
-A team player with excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills
-Strong analytical and project management skills
-Strong self-motivation, with ability to work under pressure and multi-task
-Proficiency in both English and Chinese
