职位描述：
Core Responsibilities

This position will be managing & growing our industrial AL sheet and coil business sales and profitability through distribution and direct sales.
通过分销和直销的方式,管理及提升通用工业铝合金板材,卷材的营业总额,并提高此业务 的收益。
This position will be responsible for establishing industrial AL Sheet and coil distribution network, long term strategic distributors.
负责建立工业铝合金板材,卷材分销网络的构建，并开发长期战略性的分销合作伙伴
The role also involves creating direct relationships with key end users in consumable electronics, electrical, machinery & Equipment, building & Construction and other related segments.
负责与电子，电气，机械器材，建筑等消费品行业中关键的终端用户建立直接的业务联系
Understands needs and requirements of both distributors and end users and core market. Achieve customer satisfaction with products and services
了解分销商和终端用户的需求，并充分了解核心市场，以满足客户对产品和服务的需求。
The position will responsible to develop detailed and achievable customer plans to support team strategic sales plan.
通过开发具体可行的客户计划，以协助支持团队完成战略性的销售计划
The position need to achieve sales /profitability targets and overall financial objectives for the sales territory
完成销售区域的销售/盈利目标，以及整体财政计划。
Build solid customer relationship with all level’s management in major accounts organization;
在主要的客户组织机构中，与其各级管理部门建立稳定的客户关系。
Responsible for commercial negotiations with customers;
与客户进行业务上的商议谈判
Adopt a Customer/end consumer viewpoint/mindset
汲取并采用客户/终端消费者的观点/思维模式，来服务客户
Collect, assess, and report competitor information
收集竞争对手的信息，评估并做出相关报告
Resolve difficult situations with customers/clients- conflict management
通过合理有效的客户冲突管理，来解决问题
Communicate value to customers through value propositions and value sell.
通过价格建议和评估销售，向客户传达产品价值

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline / marketing or sales
理工科背景或市场营销专业本科学历
Min. 5-10 years strong AL sheet and coil sales experience in related segments.
至少5-10年，在工业铝板才和铝卷或相关部门具有丰富的销售经验
Experience in managing both distribution channels and direct sales.
具备管理分销商和直销商方面的经验
Experience with key distributors, key local and multinational direct accounts.
具备与重要分销商，重要本地和跨国的直销客户的相关销售经验
Demonstrated creativity and customer management ability.
具备独创性和良好的管理客户的能力
High ambition, motivation and effectiveness.
有积极的进取心，工作动力，以及较高的工作效率
Ability to adapt work practices, priorities, or procedures in response to changing conditions or multiple work demands.
具备适应新的工作习惯，任务优先性，或工作流程以应对变化的情况或繁多的工作需求。
Excellent communication skills with customers, management and peers – ability to make effective presentations.
与客户，同事的沟通和管理过程中，展现出色的沟通技巧以及有效的表达能力
